We traveled to Okoboji on Thursday morning to see Grandpa and Grandma Jenkins for Thanksgiving and returned on Saturday. The Foster’s came down on Sunday and we had brunch at TCI.
Casey Update: Last Sunday (11/23/2008) Casey had some very nasty sores on his ear from all of the recent drainage. We were concerned the MRSA got into his skin and called the doctor. He recommended we hospitalize Casey because of this. We spent most of the day on Sunday and all of Monday in the Hospital. Valerie stayed with him and Alex stayed at home with me. Casey did excellent as always but it took a long time to get the IV started. Alex was very scared for Casey. We got out on Monday night and went to Dr. Young’s office on Tuesday to have his ears suctioned and put drops in his ear. Since then he is doing great!
