Tonight Valerie offered to camp with the boys. Tonight is August 21st and it's 95 degrees and extemely sticky. Long story short is that the boys ended up inside by 9:30.....but they loved the fact that their Mom went out therw and set up the tent. They also loved the smores. Casey ate 5 bites of his hamburger to get to the smores. Currently he NEVER eats hamburger.
We went to the Iowa State Fair today. Alex is too cool for little hands on the farm. Casey ate it up and wore his white Cowbay hat. We saw the Clydesdale show, the sheep barn, the hog barn and the cattle barn. The boys and Valerie ate "Campbell's" corn dogs.
Grandma Jenkins was here all week to watch the boys while we're at work. Grandma Foster is coming this week. The boys are looking forward to it. Back to school night is Monday. Alex starts on Wednesday and Alex starts the following Monday.
